How do I sign up for a class? 

How can I book a class?

  • Booking a class is easy! Just follow these steps:

    1. Choose a Package: Visit our website and navigate to the "Book a Class" section. Select the package that suits your needs (1, 4, 10, or 20 classes).

    2. Make the Payment: Complete the payment for your chosen package through our secure Wix Payments system.

    3. Schedule Each Lesson: After purchasing a package, you can schedule each lesson at your convenience. Select the dates and times that work best for you from the available slots.

    4. Receive Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email for each scheduled lesson. This email will include all the details of your booking along with the Google Meets link for the lesson.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • To cancel a booked lesson, you must provide at least 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled class time. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, no refund will be issued unless proof of an emergency is provided. To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us directly.

What happens if I miss a class?

  • If you miss a class without providing at least 12 hours' notice, there will be no refund unless you can provide proof of an emergency. If you do provide sufficient notice, we will help you reschedule the missed class at a convenient time. For rescheduling, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

What materials will I need for the classes?

  • You will need the following materials for the classes:

  • A computer (laptop or desktop) is preferred for the best experience.

  • Access to Google Meet or Zoom.

  • A notebook or Google Docs (a Gmail account is required to access Google Docs notes provided by the teacher).

How do I access the Google Meets link for my class?

  • You can access the Google Meets link through the confirmation email you receive after booking each lesson. The email will be sent from hanna@speakonenglish.org and will be titled "Booking Confirmed." Simply click on the link in the email to join the class at the scheduled time.
