Cancellation Policy
Online English Lessons Agreement Services: Enjoy personalized online English lessons via Zoom or Google Meet. Enhance your grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation based on your unique goals. Refunds: We strive to deliver valuable lessons, so refunds are not provided once a lesson is completed. Cancellations: We understand plans change! Cancel up to 24 hours in advance without any fees. For late cancellations, you give up your ability to get a refund. (The policy details above are applicable to any lessons offered by Speak On English) For Group Class Only : 10 minutes after the class starting time, if you do not inform us that you will not be able to attend, we cannot keep your seat anymore. This means your seat will be given to a student from the waitlist for free. Disputes: We believe in open communication. Let's resolve any issues through friendly negotiation. Agreement: By booking a lesson, you agree to these terms. We look forward to helping you improve your English skills!
